Izet Elmazi joined Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel February 2008 as a research analyst assisting David L. Fingold on a number of Dynamic's global value funds.
Izet has an extensive professional history in financial analysis. He began his career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen in 1998, analyzing and monitoring clients' business performance and financial practices to identify areas of audit and financial risk. He attained progressively senior levels of responsibility until he left the industry in 2003 to join TD Newcrest as an equity research associate. At Newcrest, Izet was responsible for fundamental analysis and financial modeling in the software and information technology sectors.
Izet received a B.Comm. from the University of Toronto in 1998, attained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2001 and gained his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2005.

Amy joined Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel in 2007 as an investment analyst assisting Rohit Sehgal on the Dynamic Power team. Prior to Goodman, Amy began her career at a global management consulting firm in 2000 working within the Strategy and Business Architecture group. Amy joined the equity research team at CIBC World Markets in 2003 and was responsible for names in the cable, telecom and media sectors.
Amy holds an MBA from McMaster University, Hamilton, Canada, as well as a BScH from Queen's University, Kingston, Canada. She earned the CFA designation in 2006.

As a research analyst on Dynamic's Value team, Benjamin assists Chuk Wong on some of Dynamic's global and Asia value funds. He joined Goodman & Company in 2003 as a member of the Canadian Equities team where his focus was on the global real estate market. Previously Benjamin was a real estate analyst with CB Richard Ellis Ltd. and prior to this, a Product Manager with Glenayre Technology Inc. He received a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an MBA in Finance from the University of British Columbia. Benjamin earned his CFA designation in 2004.
