Isidora joined the award-winning Power US and Global Growth team in 2011 as an analyst working closely with Noah Blackstein on US portfolios and equity research.

Prior to the Power team, Isidora was a research associate with the Private Client Research group at DundeeWealth. Her responsibilities included covering the senior capital structure shares market and writing daily and monthly broad market research reports. Isidora received her Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University with a major in finance and a concentration in global strategy. She has also successfully completed all three levels of the CFA program and will be eligible to receive her CFA charter upon completing the required work experience.

Leanne Caravaggio joined Dynamic in 2010 and is as an investment analyst for the Dynamic Value Team. Leanne's career as an analyst began with the Insurance Bureau of Canada in 2004 where she was a research associate focused on property and casualty insurance and Canadian financial institutions. She added to her experience in research covering global derivatives at TD Securities and later as an equity research associate focused on industrials at BMO Capital Markets.

Leanne holds an MBA degree in finance and strategic management from the Schulich School of Business at York University and she was awarded the CFA designation in 2006.

Louis Chan joined Dynamic in 2011 as an investment analyst assisting David L. Fingold on a number of Dynamic's global value funds. Prior to joining Goodman & Company, he spent six years as an analyst at other major Canadian investment firms. He spent four years covering the North American retailing and Canadian consumer products sectors at Merrill Lynch, and then was an analyst focused on the global consumer sector at another Canadian investment management firm.

Louis holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Business Administration from the University of British Columbia and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Tim joined Dynamic in 2012 as an investment analyst on the Dynamic Value team working closely with Cecilia Mo and focuses on the technology and telecom sectors.

Prior to joining GCIC Ltd., Tim spent eight years in various analytical and advisory roles in the financial services and consumer products industries, before initially joining Dynamic as a summer associate in 2010 focusing on the precious metals and real estate sectors.

Tim earned his MBA in investment management from the John Molson School of Business (Goodman Institute of Investment Management) at Concordia University and he also holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science from Queen’s University. Tim is currently pursuing the CFA designation.

Dunstan Chung joined Dynamic in 2001 as an equity trader, and has since become a technical analyst. Dunstan's previous experience includes work as an interest rate and currency swaps trader at Sumitomo Bank, Hong Kong. Dunstan has a BA from Eastern Washington.

Anouck joined the award-winning Power US and Global Growth team in 2011 as an analyst working closely with Noah Blackstein on global portfolios and equity research.

Anouck began her career in 2005 at Bank of Montreal, and later worked for Cirque du Soleil prior to joining Dynamic as a summer intern in 2010. Anouck has studied international law and completed studies in Spanish, German, and Italian. She has a B.Comm with Honours, majoring in Finance, from the John Molson School of Business and is a Calvin Potter Fellow from the Kenneth Woods Portfolio Management Program. She is also a CFA Candidate.

Amy joined Dynamic in 2007 as an investment analyst assisting Rohit Sehgal on the Dynamic Power team. Prior to Goodman, Amy began her career at a global management consulting firm in 2000 working within the Strategy and Business Architecture group. Amy joined the equity research team at CIBC World Markets in 2003 and was responsible for names in the cable, telecom and media sectors.

Amy holds an MBA from McMaster University, Hamilton, Canada, as well as a BScH from Queen's University, Kingston, Canada. She earned the CFA designation in 2006.

Tina joined Dynamic in 2011 as an investment analyst assisting the Dynamic Power team. Prior to joining GCIC Ltd., Tina was a senior investment analyst at Manulife Asset Management. Tina joined Manulife in 2003 and held a number of progressively senior roles at the firm. Tina has spent the past eight years in the investment industry and has experience in both fundamental and quantitative analysis.

Tina holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Toronto, Toronto and earned the CFA designation in 2006.

Frank joined Dynamic in 2011 as an analyst and member of the award-winning Equity Income team working closely with Jason Gibbs. Prior to joining Dynamic Frank spent 7 years as an analyst with Scotia Asset Management and 3 years in the same role with UBS Warburg. While at Scotia he performed fundamental analysis on North American securities in the financial services sector and to a lesser extent on energy and utilities. At UBS he provided equity research coverage of the Canadian insurance and asset management industries as part of the global financial services team. Frank also spent a year at Manulife Financial Corporation as a member of the mergers and acquisition team. He began his career at Deloitte and Touche working as an accountant for 4 years before moving to their corporate finance division for the next 3 years, where he performed business and property valuations on companies in a number of industries.

Frank received a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Queen's University. He also holds the Chartered Accountant, Chartered Business Valuator and Chartered Financial Analyst designations.

Alexandre Mathieu is a member of Dynamic’s corporate credit team specializing in quantitative analysis on fixed income investments

Alexandre’s 10 years of industry experience includes quantitative and portfolio management responsibilities at a major Canadian financial investment management firm as well as risk management advisory responsibilities at the Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec. He has extensive knowledge of fixed income derivatives. His previous experience also included asset/liability management at Laurentian Bank.

Alexandre holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) Montréal University and a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering/Portfolio Management from the University of Québec à Montréal (UQAM). Alexandre is a FRM (Financial Risk Manager) charterholder.

Hetal Patel is a member of Dynamic’s corporate credit team and has nearly 10 years of investment management experience in the fixed income markets. His previous experience includes investment research and management responsibilities in the high yield bond and leveraged loan markets at two New York-based asset management firms and one Boston-based firm.

Hetal is experienced in generating attractive risk-adjusted returns in the high yield bond and leveraged loan asset classes. He has covered a wide variety of sectors and holds extensive experience in both absolute return and relative return products, including high yield bond funds, credit hedge funds, and collateralized loan obligation (CLO) funds. Hetal’s previous experience also includes a role in credit risk management at a large financial institution.

Hetal graduated with honours from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He has completed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) examination.

Stephan joined Dynamic in 2012 as an investment analyst working closely with Alex Lane on the Dynamic Power team. Prior to joining Dynamic, Stephan worked with Manitou Investment Management, a private wealth management firm located in Toronto, where he was the lead analyst on the firm's Canadian Equity fund. Stephan's professional experience also includes five years of mergers & acquisitions and securities underwriting investment banking experience with CIBC World Markets and JPMorgan in New York and Toronto, respectively.

Stephan received his MBA from London Business School (London, UK) in 2009 where he graduated with Distinction, as well as his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University (Kingston, Ontario) in 2002 where he graduated with First Class Honours. He also holds the CFA designation.

Sehr joined Dynamic in 2011 as an analyst and member of the award-winning Equity Income team. She is based in Calgary where she works closely with Jennifer Stevenson on identifying opportunities in the energy sector. Prior to joining Dynamic she spent 6 years as an analyst with Qwest Investment Fund Management where she performed fundamental analysis on securities in the energy sector and to a lesser extent the mining sector and before that with Humboldt Capital Corporation assessing equities in the base metals and precious metals space.

Sehr has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Drake University in the US.

Vim Thasan joined Dynamic in 2004 and has more than eight years of investment industry experience. Since joining Dynamic, Vim has worked in various product management, product analytics and corporate accounting roles with escalating levels of responsibility. In 2008, Vim became a member of the Dynamic Blue Chip investment team where he works closely with Portfolio Manager Adam Donsky.

Vim holds an MBA degree in Strategy & Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University and he was awarded the CFA designation in 2007.

Rohan joined Dynamic in 2013 as a Portfolio Analyst and is part of the Dynamic Fixed Income team, led by award-winning portfolio manager Michael McHugh that manages more than $8 billion in assets.

Over the last 9 years, Rohan has worked in various capacities in the financial industry, including roles as Manager of Corporate Finance and Senior Financial Analyst at some of Canada’s top leading institutions. Prior to joining Dynamic, he was a Credit Research Associate at RBC Capital Markets where he focused on investment-grade credit research and evaluation of corporate credits. Rohan holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is also a Chartered Accountancy Charterholder.
